We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (tour operators, event organizers, and transport companies). We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of those third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
